Richard, Here are my answers to the testimonial questions
All my best,
1.What was the best part of our working relationship:
The best part of the relationship was the communication. Richard always kept us in the loop of everything that was going on almost as soon as it happened. Whether positive or negative he gave us the facts.
The other great thing was the execution of the sale. His MOA was very calculated, thought out and obliviously proven. Our home was sold in 3 days from being posted on MLS, exactly in the fashion he stated. Placed on the market, shown for two days, open house completed and closed the night of the open house. He did exactly what he said and in an eloquent, professional no frills way.
2.When the going was tuff, what specific characteristic about myself stood out?
Accountability and responsibility. When we decided to make an offer on the property we wanted, Richard due to an emergent situation, was unable to draft the proposal. With no questions asked he provided us with a new face/realtor, that despite not knowing us, drafted the offer. We were nervous at first as we did not know him however he spent as much time with us as we felt was necessary to complete the task.
During the sale of our property when an unexpected issue presented itself, once again with great communication, integrity and full accountability the issue was clarified, resolved and communicated to us in a quick fashion.
In conclusion during the sale of your home anything can happen and most things that do are unexpected or overlooked. Whether the former or the latter it is the way it is handled that predicts the outcome. Richards demeanor, professional experience, strong communication skills, and attitude are a winning combo built on a foundation that could handle any challenge.
