• I obtained my Realtor’s License through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, in 1990 and after returning to teacher for several years, I resumed my real estate work in 2009.
• I continue to upgrade my knowledge and skill development in Real Estate through Victoria Real Estate Board courses including Legal Update, Ethics, Strata Law & advance updating, Errors and Omissions, and Contract Law.

• More than 26 years in real estate, teaching, and building construction has given me the skills and confidence I need to work well with people connected to every aspect of achieving successful negotiation when selling or purchasing property for personal use or development.

• Most recently I sold a $2.4 M property for development and marketing of 24 condominiums.
